Your modern apartment includes: brand new Whirlpool appliances such as a stove, fridge, dishwasher, in-suite full-size front load washer/dryer, blinds on every window, luxurious granite counter tops, as well as access to heating for comfort.

Yes! Pet approval is determined on a case-by-case basis with the applicable required pet deposit.

The security deposit is a half-month’s rent, and the pet deposit is an additional half-month’s rent (if applicable).

Studios & one bedrooms range from 500 - 640 sq. ft. Two bedrooms range from 685 – 940 sq. ft. Three bedrooms range from 895 – 985 sq. ft.

Parking and additional storage is available on site, please speak to a Leasing Manager for additional information on rates and availability.

There are 6 floors and two elevators.

BBQs are permitted with managers written consent.

There are multiple bus stops neighboring the building along both Ioco Road and Murray Street. A four-minute walk to Inlet Centre Transit Station Millennium Line, this station can take you from home to Downtown Vancouver in 40 mins.

Residents

Rental payments will be collected online for Tenant convenience.

The tenants are responsible for a monthly utility fee of $50 which includes water and sewage. The tenants are also responsible for setting up their BCHydro account for electricity usage.

Yes, all units are equipped with a balcony or patio.
